For example: if you want to send a message on WhatsApp a person from India, then you have to give his mobile number after 91. Suppose someone's mobile number is 7896434317 then you have to type https://wa.me/917896434317.

After that you have to click on enter you may be see a new page will open in front of screen. Here there will be an option to send a message to the number you gave. Click on it.
